The five day Quick Start Package begins with a workshop session to identify the business issues experienced in the areas of performance management, monitoring and analytics (including dashboards and scorecards), planning and budgeting. Using a selected business process we will present back examples of how PerformancePoint Server can be used to optimise that process, showing how the product features map onto your issues and the benefits so generated. The final step is to set out a road map of how you can move forward as a company. Using the issues identified in the opening workshop we will map them out to the various features of PerformancePoint Server and outline an implementation plan, optimising the benefits of an investment in PerformancePoint Server.
